I couldn't fault them with my cat Charlie. They were amazing. On time and let me know when needing to collect him. They gave me some information that was needed to go home with and how to register him with his microchip. Also they even had a great time with Charlie he is most definitely a character and wanted to play when he came around. But the vets I was very happy with how I was greeted and the vet also explained to me the procedure before I left which was good. Thankyou so much.

Looked after my little Dollie very well just got a little confused about paying more money for her medication after surgery I thought this was all in with the final balance

For once there is a vet in coventry that actually cares about animals and less about revenue, unlike vets for pets in walsgrave, where they will skin you alive and advise of shady checks ups. Well done - the service was fantastic and the vet took time to understand the problem. I am so please this vet is close to home and reasonable on prices
