I don't have a pet registered with medivet on binley road Coventry I just want to say thank you to them a very big thank you actually for their help today on the third of October 2024. I am a community worker working in and around Coventry and found an injured cat on Marlborough road with the help of another very kind lady we managed to get him to medivet in binley road. He was bad dangered and was in a lot of pain, the staff at medivet the New road talking in with no questions asked. About an hour later I went back to see what happened to the cat as I wrongly assumed that he may have to be put to sleep but the story has a happy ending the lovely vet is going to fix his leg and then rehoming. So a big thank you to all the staff for being amazing.

We took our four year old dog to see Gabrielle for the first time, yesterday. We had changed vets, as our previous vets, from another veterinarian surgery had left the practice. Unfortunately we weren't happy with the way the practice had become and after thirty years of taking our different much loved pets to the surgery, we decided, it was time for a change. Gabrielle was amazing, so kind, caring and very patience. She explained in great detail our dogs medical condition and treatment. Gabrielle informed us that we could either purchase our dogs medication from them, directly or purchase it, online with a prescription, as this could possibly save us some money, especially as our dog will be needing the medication, long term. This was an option that we would have never been informed of from, our previous veterinarian. We were very nervous about changing our vets, as we had been under our previous veterinarian for such a long time but we can't be happier with the service Gabrielle gave us. We did not feel rushed during our dogs consultation, we had everything explained thoroughly about his condition and the treatments. We felt comfortable, relaxed and knew our muched loved dog was in excellent hands Such an excellent, well organised surgery, with a vet, who really cares. We would 100% recommend this practice as we can't be happier. Thank you Gabrielle Dawn Clarke

Thank you for making my very first vets appointment with my two new rabbits a very positive one. I was extremely anxious, but the health check on my rabbits went really well and the Friday vet was so helpful, friendly and positive, it really helped relieve my worries.

The practice has as much time for our 20 year old cat as any cat younger than her. Glad to know the head vet and her staff are keen to help her live her life to the best she can, whilst we don’t expect miracles, it’s lovely to be treated with such positivity. Our first time using Medivet with our 2 year old rescue dog Scoty was a very pleasant experience both for us and him. We had taken him to another vet previously which he appeared to find quite stressful but this was definitely not the case this time with Medivet. Definitely recommend.
