The receptionist was extremely helpful when arranging my cats appointment, arranged for yearly check too. Vet was so kind, helpful which I believe reflected on how my cat was, very chilled out.

Fantastic vets. I travel further to go these vets. Service is fantastic. The vets are so warm, friendly and highly knowledgable. The reception staff are delightful and I always enjoy taking my dog there. 10/10

Quoted one price, charged double Called about a cat we have that’s given birth today and was showing worrying symptoms. Quoted £67 for a consultation and told to bring her straight in… so we did, already stressed about a poorly cat with newborn kittens. The vet herself was helpful and gave a thorough assessment. But at checking out we were told it would actually be £130 due to being “out of hours”. This was not what we were told on the phone. I queried it, but after a stressful day I didn’t have the energy to push back properly. Wish I had now. Doubling the price, once someone’s already anxious and vulnerable, is a rotten way to treat people. Get a quote in writing before you go to this place!

Amazing team who have given back our life with our dog. I think she has met each of the staff members and many times one of them in passing will stop and ask by her name how she’s getting on. Forever thankful for all their compassion, experience, knowledge and care. She’s not the easiest patient and they have gone out of their way from day 1 to ensure her experience of being with them is a positive one. They also have fantastic facilities, a range of services and resources. We feel so lucky to be able to call this practice our vets.

my cat has to have 2 blood tests which is goijg to cost £225 they have no payment plan expect you to pay there n then to have these tests done ..im a disabled person on benefits...i have got in contact with rspca n theyre going to help me with a cmvoucher. n advised me to go somewhere else that has payment plans...

Georgina is an RCVS Advanced Practitioner in Ophthalmology. She enjoys complex and surgical eye cases and takes referrals from many clinics in the region.

Endoscopy
Hugh is a certificate holder in endoscopy and endosurgery. He has a number of different scopes for a wide variety of procedures which enable him to have camera access to the gastro-intestinal and respiratory tracts, bladders, abdomens and even chests on occasion. The camera access permits biopsies to be taken in a non-invasive way, maximising patient recovery and minimising pain while still getting a diagnosis for his patients.

Emily is a certificate holder in diagnostic imaging. She undertakes the detailed ultrasound scans for the hospital including our echocardiograms.

Emma has a master's degree in applied animal behaviour and welfare. She is an Advanced Practitioner in Companion Animal behaviour and offers in-clinic and at-home behaviour consultations for registered, Leamington clients.

Regenerative medicine
Hugh offers platelet-rich plasma therapy (PRP) and stem cell therapy which can help regenerate arthritic joints, removing the need for pain relief. This is a relatively recent development in the management of chronic pain and we are excited to be able to offer it to our patients.

In addition to having completed over 4000 key hole spays, Hugh & Emma also offer a variety of other key hole or "laparoscopic" procedures including "lap-assisted" cryptorchid castration, gastropexy and liver biopsies.
