This practice has been fantastic, if busy they will always assist with booking into their Minster location, if you can request a vet Jack Conway is a must, Jack is so personable, he is amazing with our young dog Max, Jack is so patient and friendly and very helpful with great advice, Jack is an asset to the practice.

Our cat "Ollie" had a dental check-up in March and was found to need surgery to remove a fractured tooth. The surgery was carried out the same day by Dr. Jack Conway with Nurse Charlotte and included having all other teeth cleaned/descaled. Ollie also received an X-ray , a blood test, and had his claws clipped. We have had several more follow-up appointments with Dr Jack and more recently with Mrs Ruxandra Mihu. who prescribed appropriate pain killers and antibiotics and gave Ollie a thorough check up. She also gave us advice on how to handle Ollie's after care and recovery. We were very pleased with the treatment and the caring attitude of all the staff and would highly recommend this surgery. Excellent practice,seems expensive though if you aren’t covered by Medivet pet plan or insurance.

Had the visit we all dread and had to have my dog put to sleep. The level of care and compassion shown by all the staff and vet was wonderful and helped make this so much easier to deal with. Would therefore recommend this practice to any pet owners

Jack such an amazing vet went with nala today but had few other questions about other cats who wasn't registered and he's gone out his way he does as he says called me back with some information we will be moving all pets here once plans done as I feel very at ease with Jack nothing is to big or to much of an issue thank you Jack xx
