Lovely staff. Very empathetic, kind and gentle, and when I took my elderly cat there recently Jack, the vet, took his time to explain everything and gave me an estimate of costs.

I find all the staff are so kind and gentle with my cats. Jack, the vet is particularly empathetic, he took his time when I had to have my elderly cat examined and he explained everything to me, including an estimate of costs.

I have been using your vets for a number of years, brought the cat in yesterday, reception said they needed my phone number, I made it pretty obvious I'm not happy giving out my phone number, but agreed, I was also asked to provide email and I refused, I stated repeatedly that I did not want texts, advertising, or any other contact in any form.
Today I receive a message asking me to participate in you're survey.
I consider this a breach of my personal information and complete disregard for my wishes and consent to supply my phone number.

Good response to emergency request. Fitted my dog in for full check and blood test immediately at Minster. (Fortunately it appears to have been a false alarm)
