Every time I come to this vets I have an issue. This time, I’d booked an annual check up and vaccination online. After waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment was due to start the vet took us into a room and informed me that my dog would now need two injections exactly four weeks apart. No one had bothered to phone me in advance to tell me this so the appointment was a waste of time as we are unable to book a follow up exactly four weeks afterwards. It’s not hard to set up an automated email or call ahead to let someone know the process is changing.

The vet (whose name I forget to ask, as she wasn't a lass I'd seen before), was lovely. Very gentle with my very elderly Sheltie, and willing to have a sensible discussion about managing her care.

Since the practice is taken over by Medivet, I am bombarded with marketing emails. But I do not want to unsubcribe for missing out important information, like reminders on jabs. That said, I have 2 cats, always take them together for check ups and jabs, yet the system seems to have split them and one is now earlier than the other. The staff is great, but also cannot change this as the system is done in the Medivet black hole. It all became so commercial and pushy. I am seriously thinking about leaving.

We are a veterinary practice located near the centre of Bromley. We have many clients from Bromley, Chislehurst, Keston, Chelsfield and Orpington. What distinguishes us from most other practices is that we have longer consultations, and we use this extra time to rigorously assess your pet and thoroughly discuss the tests and treatment options with you. Because of this relationship, we know our clients well, and over the years, come to think of them as friends. We have many clients who have been coming to us for over forty years.
