Our cocker spaniel Gus had a routine vaccination appointment (2yrs +) although he is at a really wriggly stage he was carefully supported and unfazed by his visit. His tail is still wagging, thank you.

Prices have risen an extortionate amount since Medivet bought out the Laurels. Very sad.

Anytime I have experienced an emergency with my pet - the Staff at Medivet Bromley have been terrific. They are always kind; consistent and utterly professional.
My dog loves visiting the office and cannot wait to say hello to everyone.

Since Medivet tool over the Laurels it has become far less friendly, less helpful, not client focused, no regular vet so no personal or familiar approach with our dogs, far more expensive and abrasive - we feel like we, and our dogs, are being run through a corporate machine just to make money. After nearly 30 years using this practice we have just moved all of our animals over to Anderson's who provide the same personal, reassuring, professional, caring, and less money grabbing approach. They are wonderful, just as The Laurels used to be. Shame on Medivet for ruining our community veterinary practice - it's sad but we will never use you again.

Although I had to wait half an hour to be seen the staff apologised and explained it was due to an emergency. They did everything possible to make the visit calm and stress free.

My personal experience at Bromley Medivet was great. However, this was a routine annual check. The day I attended, there was only one vet at the practice and my understanding is that there are challenges in recruiting. I am concerned at the branch’s capacity to effectively deal with emergencies and pressure points, without placing unreasonable pressure on the staff.

No itamilesd billl, told to pay £97 for a 15 minute appointment, all they done was weigh her and listened to her heart that’s it.

Your vet in Bromley
We are a veterinary practice located near the centre of Bromley. We have many clients from Bromley, Chislehurst, Keston, Chelsfield and Orpington. What distinguishes us from most other practices is that we have longer consultations, and we use this extra time to rigorously assess your pet and thoroughly discuss the tests and treatment options with you. Because of this relationship, we know our clients well, and over the years, come to think of them as friends. We have many clients who have been coming to us for over forty years.
