Review negative ratings for Reality check: MV vet & reception manager prioritises their feelings over everything else. All defenses went up after sharing constructive feedback OTP calling out their shoddy tactics & up-selling. Vet doesn't read the history before trying to leech £400 for blood test NO PLAN after multiple visits I requested multiple times. MV culture is Reactive toxic seeking to stress & burn your money. They will repeatedly up sell MV monthly subscription which every single time I told them NO I am not interested because No means No but they will keep pushing it.... Screen shot below shows they admit to withholding from the client this requested plan to investigate with price quotes. Why? over £5k which could be excess saliva so they withhold this to drip feed & bleed you dry for what could be nothing. Vet assumes WITHOUT any COMMUNICATION with client to end the ONE SIDED relationship despite at visit claiming "❤️ murmur & just given vaccine" this is not a "relationship" it is abuse of power & medical responsibility. 5th June was day after my birthday & off work so they stressed me out worrying & left with no ETA no updates just wait on them to send an email at 5am details about the MV monthly plan so when will I get the QUOTE? MV will burn all your savings. Vet Alberto (appears nice & very overworked) did everything to avoid providing a plan quote as his words "it'll cost an arm & a leg which could be saliva" that's f2f yet reading the medical records "need to investigate!" so the Vet lies to your face & cover their 🍑 on record. Visited 05/06/24 for a "free" Boost vaccine a different vet focused on a heart murmur & dragging up things I've paid Alberto to lie about & push for £400 blood test (IGNORING PET IS VERY STRESSED coz kerching) She doesn't want to plan just reactive & throw money. 5th June vaccine boost & on 10th June MT terminated relationship when all I was left begging when can I expect the investigation quote to proceed. MV will NOT discuss anything over the phone or f2f, don't believe their reply here it's just to save face so avoid pasting that templated empty reply. I've attached receipts to back up these points as this is my FEEDBACK based on my experience at this practice which used to be private & excellent.

Reception staff are utterly wonderful and the vets are probably ok but you never see the same vet twice and they know nothing about your pet’s health and bmdobt have time to read the notes ; when they try, they seem unable to understand the IT system and records. Just leave you feeling a low confidence in their advice.

Had such a positive experience with Leonardo ! Our cat Inky had an abscess on her eye and he was great at explaining this and the different routes of treatment. We attended three times and he was really great at putting her (and us!) at ease. Highly recommend

I rarely take my time to leave a bad review but I feel like its long overdue. I just transferred our dog to another vet after today because the staff there are awful. Every one of my friends with pets told me to leave ages ago and it just took today's horrible experience to do it. Just don't go here, go anywhere else.

All my previous and existing service dogs have been registered at the Practice and we have always been very pleased with the care and attention received - the staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable - and i have every confidence that they have the best interests of my dog at heart

Was seen before my time staff are very friendly and been always going there for my dogs nails to be cut also take good care of my dog in their care I Recommend them

Super friendly, helpful and competent team of vets and reception staff, who made us feel very welcome and, most importantly, handle the health issue of my cat with care and competence.
