Whilst I think that the Old Catton Vets practice is an excellent and caring one (and Hanika is very kind), the bill came to just over £50.00 for an approximately 3 minute consultation with no drugs/prescriptions. Vets are expensive however I thought for a quick ear check up this was too much.

The nurse that took my dog for her anal gland expressing, did not do anything to bond with her or befriend her before they took her through to the back. My dog is always happy and keen to go with the staff who have been welcoming to her (and the receptionists are always fab with her), but this time having not been fussed, treated or welcomed by the nurse who walked her away, she was cautious and reticent. This was not good to see. The nurse was friendly after but more so to me than the dog.

This is the best vets . My little dog has had to visit the vet for not very pleasant treatments.Because of the kindness that is shown to him from all the staff he’s very happy to go .

My dog was thoroughly checked, she was patient and listened. I am overall pleased with the care and attention, I just feel the cost is too high

I walked in to the vet on Saturday morning with my car had no appointment. The reason I was there is my car had been hit by a car on Monday and disappeared for 5day .I need to just make sure he was OK which he was . Considering I had no appointment i was seen with in 5min of being there the vet was so caring and understanding looked over my cat so much make shore he was OK. I can not thankyou enough

Problem with Reception, let the practice down. Very money minded, one should be able to go home and pay online.
