Such great practice! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. And our dog Yeti loves coming there! Francesco is amazing doctor, highly recommend him. We were in other practices and no one could compare to him! So happy that we found this place and bought subscription.

Avoid at all cost. We cancelled our subscription half a year ago but were continuously charged direct debit until now, until I had to call them again just to find out that there's no record of us cancelling it which was reported to us by the same lady we spoke to previously. Now she said that because of no record of cancellation we won't get our money back for being overcharged. Terrible customer service

Always friendly, make you and your pet feel at ease. My dog was recently spayed and her scar and recovery has been amazing. My dog is always happy going into the vets. Highly recommend.

We had only just moved to the area, and although my baby was quite ill, we took some time to look up the reviews of the vets nearby. I’ve got to say, It’s quite daunting going to a new Vet, especially when it’s in an emergency and you have no prior relationship, but the first person I met when I went in there was a nurse called Daisy, and despite how worked up I was, she made me feel calm and reassured. Even though the phone was ringing and the reception was full, at no point did I feel rushed or “processed” and she still found time to answer the phone that was ringing and to deal with the other customers in the room. Katerina (sorry if that’s the wrong spelling), explained exactly what was going to happen to next. Immediately she knew what the issue was and suggested we start with the most cost effective option which worked. So I had to leave him for a few hours and I’m sure they must’ve got fed up with my constant phone calls, but to be fair to them, they were very polite and I was left feeling that he was in the best possible care. I must have spoke to a couple of different staff members, and they were all very polite. Then when I took him home, he had some recovery time. Despite it being a week since we were in, I received a phone call from Daisy, who remembered us and how frantic I was when I came in. Again she showed a caring nature and I had no doubt that I was speaking to someone who knew what they were talking about. It might sound over the top, but this really was a personal service unlike any other vets I have used in the past. Thank you, Daisy, katerina and thank you Medivet Chipstead. I will definitely be back again, just hopefully not too soon ha ha.

absolutely fantastic vet. the whole team are so helpful and take great care of our 2 golden retrievers. always helpful over the phone for advice and don't bring you in unless necessary. Francesco also diagnosed an allergy issue which had affected our older golden that had gone untreated in other vets and we only discovered when we changed to this vet. Can't recommend highly enough

I have just registered with Medicare in Chipstead after ten years with another vet. My experience is that I have met really kind and patient staff who genuinely care about animals and not how much money they can make. I was very worried about finding someone to help me look after my girl as she moves onto her later years, and just very relieved to have made the jump. Thank you 🙏
