I honestly can’t thank the team enough for the kindness and compassion they showed me during my visit today. I’m going through an incredibly difficult and emotional time at the moment, and I happened to mention a little of what’s been happening in my life while they were caring for my rabbits. The way they responded was so genuinely kind, understanding and compassionate. They treated me with such warmth and treated my rabbits with the same care and gentleness. Their generosity and thoughtfulness really touched me, and I’ll remember their kindness for a long time. Sometimes it’s the smallest acts of kindness that stay with you, and the whole team went above and beyond to make what was already a very difficult day feel just a little bit easier. Thank you so much to every member of the team, especially Sarah. You have no idea how much your kindness meant to me. ❤️

My elderly cat’s fight wound was dealt with quickly, sympathetically and professionally. He came home a much happier cat, and surprisingly, considered it was the weekend, the cost was reasonable.

the senior vet is excellent as well as his other vetiinary colleagues. all the staff are helpful and Sarah the receptionist is amazing in coping with multi tasking and doing insurance claims. wonderful, friendly practice

The practice is well equipped with two consulting rooms, an operating theatre and separate cat and dog wards.
