Had have booster for my best friend and told vet doctor bit concerned with lump on his chest lady doc took sample said straight away no issue just fatty lump ,didn't even charge for this, unlike other big places would charge for stuff used as happened before ,this vet is best one I've been too ,care is best which is important to me as my best mate is my family and medivet treat your besties as such ,recommend this place 100%.

I have used Best Friends, (now Medivet) practice for nearly 30 years, as did my late grandparents, so I've seen many vets come & go over the years. I can honestly say that the new resident vet, Rosie, is a breath of fresh air. I can only speak from my experience, but she has been so kind & caring to my Labrador, but also to me when the news has been upsetting. Rosie has explained things thoroughly and with compassion. I totally trust her with my elderly girl.
The other members of the Best Friends Team are also friendly & polite, especially Jean on Reception. I totally recommend this Practice.

My cat was loose in my car when I arrived at vets after fighting / refusing to go in cat basket at home . Never had this experience with her before with her hissing and biting . The vet and receptionist came out with their own cage and after managing to wrap cat in a towel managed to put in their cage safely and into vets . I was so concerned about my traumatised cat but the vet was so helpful and calm for her checkup . She was absolutely fine when I got her home . What great service - such lovely ladies . Thank you

Whilst Benji had his check re his upset tummy..Rosie was very companionate...it turned out to be the Red and Green Lentils in the Butternut Box which didn't agree with Benji'....he's now back on his Butchers Healthy Heart foil trays and all is normal Thank you Rosie. Woofs Benji 🐾🐾

I had a very good experience, the staff was very friendly, the vet was nice and explained to me everything i needed to know about my kitten. Found answers to all my questions and i am happy i chose Medivet. Tottally recomend to everyone in need of a good vet.
