Been with this practice for many years and found them very caring. Nice to hear they have a permanent very & hope to get to know her over time :-) they are always happy to fit one’s pet in for treatment.

A great place to take your pooch. Very caring and attentive staff. A very easy process and they crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's and nothing was too much trouble. Mr Muir was a very good vet and he helped make my best friend better. All staff are.brilliant here, I highly recommend them. Much Love from my poochie and me xxxx ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ xxx

The team at Medivet on Maldon Road have been looking after our dog Gigi so well. They are so clearly great with animals and made her feel so at ease, even though she can be a bit nervous and bark-y! They managed to squeeze us in with very little notice which was great for my concerns. Thanks so much for making the experience not a traumatising one for her (and us!).

I have a very nervous dog and felt very unhappy about the vaccine didn’t calm my dog or even offer a treat . Didn’t even talk to him or use his name .
The receptionist was very good and helpful
The appointment was nearly 25 minutes late and the receptionist kindly chased up the vet
This was a vet I haven’t sent before and wish not to see again
Normally all the other vets have been wonderful

A little late for my appointment but staff looked very busy with animals so that’s fine.
Staff were very friendly. Vet was lovely and I was very happy with the level of service. Thank you.
