I have spoken to a few people at the practice and have been told loads of different things regarding oit cat,
It was bring her in and we will opperate again after the 3 rd time i was told she needs bloods 1st so took 3 steps back

I took my dog Bernie today and saw Mike the vet. I found him to be very thorough and caring with a calm, easy manner. He explained everything to me concerning Bernie's ailments and we left feeling very reassured and relieved. I must mention the receptionist also, I'm sorry to say I didn't catch her name (Lorraine?) Who was very polite and friendly. A very good experience. Thank you

We’ve been taking our dog and cat to the vets on Maldon Road for quite a while now. I can’t compare them with other vets in the area in terms of prices, but what truly matters to us is the care and service—and on that front, we couldn’t be happier. The team is always professional, kind, and compassionate, and we trust them completely with our pets. Our pets mean the world to us, so we only want the very best for them. We feel confident that Maldon Road Vets provides exactly that. We can wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary practice. With the love we have for our cat, Wes, and our dog, Penny, it gives us peace of mind knowing they’re in such good hands.

Reception staff helpful and polite on the phone and in person. Separate waiting area for Cats and small pets, as well as a Dog area. Vets and nurses polite and informative.

I cat had a burst abscess which looked very sore . I phoned at 5.30 and was glad they could fit me in straight away , mainly so he could receive an antibiotic injection that night without having to wait till the next day and check him over and give me advice .
