Practice is very corporate, staff friendly but always late and never apologise. Price list not displayed in the practice

The only point I would like to make is that when I went to register the chip that had been put into my tortoise, the man at the other end of the phone was very grumpy about it and said it should have been done by the practice. Which makes sense, as I could have handed her to someone else I suppose and they would not have known.

A helpful and informative visit. The vet was very good with our dog and was prepared to explain how to keep her healthy doing an additional check to ensure there were no concerns. Thankyou.

We had good service from all the staff but feel strongly about bringing our dog in for medication which in the past we didn't have to. We also felt it expensive for our consultation.
