I have used Medivet Dalson for my dog, Titan, since 2012. Although it's a bit further from my house, I still choose this practice for Titan's health checkups and annual boosters. The main reason is the staff, who go out of their way to help the animals. Just a few weeks ago, I was late for an appointment because of the bus, but the amazing person at the front desk went out of their way to ensure Titan received his booster. Due to my dog's excellent health, I have only had to bring him to this practice for his annual booster. Therefore, I cannot say whether the vet costs are higher or lower than those of other vet practices in the area or in the country in general. My Blue Staffy is now 13 is still going strong.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the team at Dalston. My dog, who is typically very healthy, suddenly fell ill, and I immediately knew something was wrong. I reached out to the practice, and they didn’t hesitate to accommodate me with a same-day emergency appointment. During the examination, the vet determined that my dog needed emergency surgery right away. Despite the urgency, the team handled everything with such professionalism and care, rushing him into surgery without any hesitation. What truly stood out to me was the communication throughout this entire process. Even though it was a fast-paced situation, I was kept fully informed every step of the way. They made sure I understood the risks and what was happening, which provided me with much-needed peace of mind during a very stressful time. Thanks to their quick and decisive action, my dog received the surgery he desperately needed, and without it, he wouldn’t have had much time left. I will forever be thankful to the staff for saving my dog’s life, and I wholeheartedly recommend this practice to anyone in need of compassionate, skilled care for their pets. Thank you again for everything!

I recently took my cat to Zoe, and I was really impressed with the care and compassion she showed. She was incredibly gentle, attentive, and made sure my cat felt as comfortable as possible throughout the visit. It’s clear that she truly cares about her patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly. I’m so glad I found such a dedicated and kind vet—highly recommend!

We've been with Medivet Dalston since 2019 and they've been invaluable in helping us keeping our senior cats (now just one) healthy and happy for as long as possible. When we were faced with the heartbreaking decision of having to choose quality of life over length, they were incredibly sensitive, giving us time to be with her before and during her passing, and even afterwards. We couldn't ask for a better vet practice and out Micia agrees!
