Louise explained clearly to us our options for our dog. I trust Louise because she has helped our dogs in the past+ i was relieved she was on duty today. I like seeing vets I trust. Of late at Stanhope Rd I have seldom seen the same vet twice..not good.

A lot of care and consideration was given to both of my dogs but particularly the dalmatian who can be a little reactive and very nervous. Time was taken for her to settle a little and feel more at ease.

Male vet was great not as nervous as the usual female vet.but she doesnt like being handled by strangers to be fair.very happy all staff are nice and friendly.🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
