I graduated from Liverpool University in 2001. After 2.5 years in mixed practice I decided my heart lay with specialising as a small animal vet. I joined the Stanhope Park Team in June 2013 and enjoy the variety of pets and people we get to meet here. My spare time is spent with my family and I enjoy cycling, reading and travelling. We have two cats, “Teddy” and “Turbo” who were brought into the surgery as 2 week old rescues and hand reared, and a Standard Poodle called “Peanut” who loves long walks.

I have a keen interest in nursing weight clinics and dental work including scaling, polishing, and dental radiology. I am completing my training to become a clinical coach and look forward to training the next fabulous veterinary nurses! I started my journey in veterinary practice as a work experience student in 2007 and went on to qualify as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) in 2012. I am passionate about reducing patient stress in the clinical environment, reassuring your beloved pets, and ensuring they have the most comfortable visit possible. I have a particular interest in diagnostic imaging, especially ultrasonography and dental radiography. As a Clinical Coach, I enjoy mentoring students within the practice and helping to shape the next generation of outstanding RVNs. At home, I have a cat called LouLou, who was rehomed in 2015 after she and her litter were found abandoned outside the practice, and a dog called Rex, a stray we fell in love with while living in Cyprus and later brought back to the UK. Rex and LouLou have since become the best of friends!

Services we offer

With our 15-minute consultations, you have enough time to ask our expert vets any - and every - question you might have regarding your pet’s health and lifestyle.

Caring for all aspects of your pet’s oral health is easy with our excellent dental facilities.

We know that sometimes it just isn’t possible for you or your pet to travel into one of our practices to receive care. At times like this, our capable and compassionate veterinary teams often offer at home visits.

Quick and efficient testing at our state-of-the-art in-house laboratories is just one aspect of the exceptional care we offer.

At Medivet we understand it’s a big decision deciding whether to get your female pet neutered. We would always recommend a discussion with your vet to understand if it is the correct approach for your pet, and if so at what age it is appropriate to be performed.

Receive expert advice from our experienced nurses on keeping your pet healthy and happy.

Neutering is a medical procedure that prevents pets from being able to reproduce, and comes with a host of other health benefits.

Vet Blood Supplies is part of the Medivet community, and together we work to save the lives of dogs across the country.

We use x-ray machines to quickly diagnose issues that might affect your pet.

The vet who dealt with missi was super friendly and cared for her. She was very thorough and talked me through everything along with how to give her the medication. We had a follow up meeting again today and the experience was also great. Thank you so much !

The vet was very good and thorough but on asking price for cleaning dogs teeth and told it started at £850 was a little excessive as just a few year ago it only cost £380

2 vets over a course of a week with totally different diagnosis. Test carried out twice as first one failed. Still waiting on results for second. Difficult to have confidence when told different things for same problem.

The reception staff gave a friendly greeting and were very helpful from the start. Then the vet Dr Nandoo was absolutely superb with our dogs. Her kind and reassuring manner put them both at ease which made a great difference to them and us watching on. Dr Nandoo listened and observed and gave our dogs a 100% service, explaining alternative procedures which informed our decisions moving forward. 2 happy dogs and pet parents at the end of the visit. Thank you.
