I have been using this vet for a very long time (around 8 years) for all the pets that I have and I had. However, we had the situation where a stray cat was l on our building and I took it there because she needed help however they did not inform me that there is an option to call RSPCA to request them to provide an invoice number so they could pay for the process and they just charged me. I’ve contacted the RSPCA and they have provided me with the number which I have provided to them Last Friday today is Tuesday and they haven’t still gotten back to me or processed the reimbursement when it took me 15 minutes to speak with Emma at RSPCA.

I wouldn’t know what to do without Medivet Medivet have been excellent with my dog two dogs poppy and Romeo and would highly recommend. They will always go above and beyond for my two dogs.

Very disappointing experience with this Medivet branch. The staff attitude was unhelpful and unfriendly. The most shocking part was receiving a sudden debt letter claiming I owe £67, even though I had never received any invoice, reminder, or explanation before this. There was no clear communication about the charge, and instead of contacting me properly, they escalated it directly to a debt collection notice with additional fees. This is extremely unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress. I do not recommend this clinic. Their communication is poor, their service attitude is bad, and they add unexpected charges without proper explanation.

I was very impressed, becouse I travel with my cat and I got appointment in 2h from my call. Friendly ladies an my cat was very happy after our visit. Good job, thanks. Marek and 😻

Staff helpful but one or two additional items available to buy at practice eg fortifloura that are recommended by vet but take days to order on line, by those of us that actually have smart phones would be nice.

Very grateful, particularly to Sharon, for all the help she has given me in enabling my cat Solly to be well cared for. This includes collecting him from the house and bringing him back after treatment as age and disability make it almost impossible for me to do this. Sharon is exceptionally kind and helpful

Medivet staff are absolutely lovely, I showed up yesterday to pick up and transport a rescued pigeon from them on behalf of London Wildlife Protection and they were extremely sweet and offered a cat carrier for me to use for transportation! Also kept the pigeon safe for a prolonged period of time until I was available to transport. It’s very meaningful to know that this organisation is open to helping all animals in London, not just our pets. Highly recommend working with them 💚
