Really appreciated Rhiannon’s calm handling of our cat Jimmy. While he was unwell, this was the calmest he has ever been on a vet visit. Otherwise he is pretty good … but the vetinary scenario terrifies him. He also started picking up soon after, so the assessment was a good one. Thank you again to R and the team.

First time back at the practice since the reopening, and it was great to see the expanded range of services and that, even with a larger team, everyone remains just as friendly!
That said, the space itself feels a bit more minimalist than before, and it would be lovely to see some of the previous cosiness return to the overall atmosphere.
We visited for my pet’s 6‑month check‑up, and over the years I’ve noticed that the assessments can feel a little inconsistent from one visit to the next. I was wondering whether there is a standard protocol that’s typically followed during these routine checks.

Medivet FP staff are brilliant , warm , friendly, professional and provide excellent care. But your prices are hiked . Even with pet insurance discounts you are more expensive that most vets, your price “estimates “ are inflated . You simply aggressively overcharging for your services and this is why I would absolutely not recommend. In fact after being your customer for 16 years , I intent to move to another vet at the end of the insurance period .
