Meet our Partner, Larissa Butschek
I graduated in Germany and, after completing a PhD in Veterinary Biology, moved to the UK to begin my career as a practising veterinarian. My main areas of interest are internal medicine and providing tailored, day to day advice to support our clients in caring for their pets. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors, especially rowing, cycling, and running. I share my home with two cats, Pumpkin and Leila, who get along wonderfully. Caring for your pets and supporting you every step of the way is at the heart of everything we do. Being part of a team that is so compassionate, skilled, and genuinely devoted is something I value deeply. Seeing animals leave happier and healthier—and knowing their families feel reassured—reminds us daily of the difference our work makes.

The constant price increases are ridiculous and a common theme with fellow dog owners in the park. Spoils all the other aspects and you feel that this is a deliberate Medivet company policy which is why the government are at least trying to stop.

First time visiting with my kitten ,and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The staff were kind, professional, and made my kitten feel comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care

The Blackstock Road branch were very helpful in offering my cat an appointment for conjunctivitis in my cat's eye when my regular Stroud Green branch was fully booked.
