We would like to be able to book appointments online, but due to being from strood to Dartford, and now Gravesend (woo!), we know the accounts aren’t all put together - we have asked at Dartford 2/3times and it still isn’t possible/been actioned - if Gravesend can solve that, we would be very happy!!

Friendly, helpful and caring staff. I felt welcomed with my pet and the vet was very patient and kind, as were the nurse and reception staff. Lovely place

Just a special mention for the young lady who booked Bobbys appointment. She is always kind, courteous, helpful and friendly and remembers Bobby as soon as I say his name. A credit to your branch.

The receptionist was very friendly and chatty. The vet we saw was very good with our dog Casper, he was there for his yearly vaccination. She was very gentle with him, talking to him all the time to make him relaxed, she was very informative and said what would be a good product to get to help his anual glands as they were a bit full. Every time we have been there everyone is very friendly and helpful.
