The online booking form was confusing and when I called the practice, I realised there were more appointments available than it seemed, and it was possible to book both my cats in back to back, which I wasn't able to do online. My actual experience at the practice was very positive though!

The attending vet was excellent. She gave my dog a thorough exam and asked questions about my dog to identify issues before I even got a chance to discuss to ask so it was great.

Disappointed to say that after 8 years as a loyal customer the vet could not find five minutes to discuss my pet’s medical condition. I will not be using Medivet again.

During my appointment I had a few questions. Not all questions could be asked as there wasn't time. I didn't know how long the appointment is, so clarification on how long you'll have on average would be helpful when booking. I was asking about my dogs long term behavior plan that may include pills. This was going to take 30mins I was told.
