My wife attend this appointment, she was extremely disappointed with the service to, say the least . There was no friendly welcome , the vet didn't know which dog was which despite her notes . She was not them least bit concerned with the health of the dog and showed little if any interest. My wife's reaction was why did she bother with the appointment. The whole experience was disappointing to say the least. We have been using the practice form over thirty years and have never had such poor service .To the extent that we be leaving the practice and moving to a new vet practice in the future .

Seen on time but still waiting on the practice phoning with results even after phoning them twice

I was told a vet would phone me back with results after my appointment. They didn't. I rang twice to request a call back. I am still waiting

I was able to book a quick appointment for my poorly dog. The vet was friendly and took time to listen and she explained the options as to what course of action to take. I felt that my dog was in caring and knowledgeable hands.
