Nice first visit with our new puppy! Very professional and kind. Might be worth listing an IN and OUT for the car park or some markings on the floor to state where to/not to park. A lady came in quite heated about someone’s parking and was very rude to the lady and the staff…just a thought!

I realise the practice is undergoing a overhaul and will no doubt after face-lift the appearance will be improved

A simple castration for a young cat resulted in the tied off tissue poking out of an incision. It took several days before it was looked at by a vet who was able to do anything about it, and more than one staff member (including the vet) suggested that the protruding internal tissue could just be left protruding from the scrotal incision, since it would eventually just scab and eventually me worn off. As this was not acceptable to us we then had to pay the cost of the vasectomy again just to have the problem rectified, effectively paying for the same procedure twice when it seems likely that the problem that needed to be corrected was due to surgical error in the first operation. To add insult to injury on the morning of the second operation the vet examining the cat found no problems apart from that detailed above, but after the operation our cat had conjunctivitis, presumably as a result of poor eye lubrication during anaesthesia.

The vet I saw I think it was Christoph and the vet admin girls acted promptly in organising an onward referral and appointment for my cat who needed urgent care at the vet hospital. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff all seemed to genuinely care about the well-being of my cat. Many many thanks

Staff at Lea Green are great, they really do care about our pets, give them interaction. Eoifa is the best vet, so good and professional.

All the staff from the vet to the receptionist are very friendly and professional. Now that the building is being renovated it has a much more professional feel about it

I always find the staff really friendly and helpful and the Vet looking after my pet is very good with my pet and always takes time to check my pet over very thoroughly. My pet is 16 years old and needs the care of the Medivet practice.
