I switched from Finsbury Park Medivet to Islington. In my first visit they were already trying to sell me treatments for my cat for random tests or dental work that the Finsbury Park clinic never tried. Then talked me into a monthly Medivet subscription with the benefit of regular deworming and flea treatment. When I called to get a top up of treatments, they said I would be notified when it’s ready for pick up and no one ever got back to me. Apparently someone left me a voicemail telling me I have to take my cat into the vet to weight her again. Completely unreasonable to expect people to take time off work just to take their pet in to weigh in to get the treatments I’m supposed to get for free from my plan. The whole Medivet insurance is a scam they don’t actually give the benefits they promised or expects you to jump through hoops to get it. DO NOT SIGN UP

We drive 2 hours each way just to make sure we come and see David for our dog. That should say enough ! ✨ David and the team not only took amazing care of our older dog who was nearly 16 years old but also do an incredible job with our younger dog too. the practice is super clean and organised. The team are just the best!
