My dog sunnie had grass seed, logged in his paw. So had to be sedated to get it removed. £800! One of the fees being having to hold him in. He “went in for the surgery”at 9am. I called at 1:20 to see when he could be picked up. To hear they haven’t started on him. My dog has a very soft temperament and hates being in kennels. This was never once brought to my attention, that he would be stuck in a kennel all day. Whilst on the phone the staff was very rude and dismissive. I don’t see why it should be a fee to keep my dog in a kennel all day when I had already voiced that I’m not at work so can bring him in at any time and pick him up at anytime. It’s all about money for most of these vets. It’s so sad to see.

Good veterinary clinic, my Annie goes there with confidence, she loves the vet and the receptionist. We attended the Cross street and she was seeing by the vet as an emergency. Thank you for kindness.
