We visited Medivet- and was seen by Dr Rubiera- an excellent vet! With brilliant expertise and great patient care ( vet as owners!). I highly recommend the practice.

I was late for my appointment. I am currently disabled due to illness and had to wait for ride to get to the practice. I was not concerned that the next patient was seen ahead of me as I was late.
However, I had to wait for 30 minutes to see a vet. The vet was friendly and seemed quite competent. She gave my dog a brief checkup. The appointment was only to get a repeat prescription of Simparica. I should not have been there for an hour. The vet also gave my dog a Rabies shot to stay up to date.
I then had to wait for an extra 30 minutes whilst the vet got my prescription. Eventually she returned but as I later discovered she had only given me 3 months rather than the 6 it should have been.
Whilst this is not serious, the vets carelessness wasted my time and severely limited energy. I think this vet is relatively new, and though this is not the worst crime and my dog’s wellbeing was not compromised, her lack of care and professionalism had a seriously detrimental impact on me and my impression of this vet practice.
As I sat in the waiting room for far too long I had the opportunity to look around. This practice was refitted relatively recently, it looks shabby and in need of a good clean.

Is the best ! Always looking after my pip so well . I was abroad and they were amazing helping with appointments and emergency treatment ! I always manage to get an appointment with them and my dog is always relax going there ! The best medivets in London
