I am absolutely appalled to see the attitude of some of this practices vet staff mainly Tracey. Very dismissive, rude and impolite to client and even their own staff! Although, the receptionists are extremely kind and helpful the vet staff are really letting the medivet brand down! Reading other reviews has shown me I’m not the only one feeling this way!

So glad I took the initiative to change from a well known practice. Medivet to me seem all about the animal and reassure and GENTLY!!!advise. I have come away not so worried as previously I have been. So glad I changed vets.

We attended for a free 6month puppy health check it lasted all of 5mins, I asked for flea and worm treatment and headed out to pay. To my horror I was told that my bill was £120, explaining that it’s a free check and that the tablets should have be cheaper as have purchased them before……out comes Tracy(sorry if that wasn’t her name) telling me “it can’t be, I don’t think so” in an aggressive way when I told her I paid a different price…..she embarrassed and belittled me in front of other customers. So having checked my dogs file it was noted that my previous purchase was cheaper, I will NOT be returning to them as her customer service skills are very poor and has certainly put me off returning. I will be seeking an alternative vet for my pet. The staff that were at reception were absolutely fantastic, it’s them and the pets I feel sorry for………

They prescribed medication used for humans and assured me my cat would be ok using it but asked me to sign a waiver in case it harmed the animal. I naively accepted and my cat had hallucinations and shortly after died
