Kentish Town branch has been there for me over many years and many animals. Always find them sympathetic and helpful with advice for Simba the elderly lab - at 13 he's on borrowed time but hopefully will keep going for a while yet!!

The staff are always really friendly, sympathetic and supportive. They care deeply for the animals they look after and always look for cost options rather than pressuring me into expensive treatments that are not necessary. Highly recommended!
