Our visit with Frank and Sid was a pleasant experience without either traumas for us or our dogs. Chloe, at reception, was extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. Sian, the practice vet was professional and courteous and very calm. The whole experience was professional and easy for us all. Thank you.

We keep getting 2 different vets and the one vet keeps trying to make us book loads of appointments and spend money and the other is fine and gives my dog what he needs, then the vet one vet will administer the medication and say it's fine we will put it on repeat. Don't worry what the other vet says then the main vet puts a stop to it and says you need to keep coming in a paying for appointments just to tell us the same thing

Most of the staff and colleagues are usually lovely and caring, happy to chat and caring towards our cats. With my last visit, the colleague didn’t show as much care and attention. Usually the colleagues take time to let my cats come out of their cage on their own accord or with some persuasion, this lady didn’t give my kitty a chance and instead tipped the whole cage upside down :( my cat was clearly distressed and anxious. The lady also let go of the injection when giving it to my cat so the needle was sticking out of her without support for a few seconds before being removed. The lady said she thought my cat was ‘going to go for her’, but my cat was showing no signs of aggression and has never bitten or scratched out, she was just sniffing the lady’s hand. Overall the job was done, the lady just felt very cold whereas I’m usually used to a warm and comfortable environment.
