Recently I was kept waiting for my appointment by over half an hour. In total it took nearly 1.5hrs for my cat the have a preplanned bloodtest.
Also, following medivet taking over I have seen three different vets since October when my cat was diagnosed with Diabetes... I get no indication when I book who I am seeing and am not asked at the time of booking either. Before medivet took over I was able to see one vet (Abdul) all the time.

Absolutely love this practice they are so caring and my baby teddy loves them there, he dies not get anxious or scared they are all fantastic

Quick to register. Once registered it was very easy to book an appointment. The practice we visited is currently undertaking some building work so didn't look to appealing. Having said that the staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were seen on time and the vet was very thorough. Our dog seems to be picking up so fingers crossed 🤞

The Reception staff are amazing.
Building work is going on and they are working around this with a smile.
Reception staff are very helpful..
Prices continue to go up however.
Locum vet lacked bedside manner! Didn't look as if she wanted to be there. I didn't need a long conversation but one smile and introducing herself would have helped! Perhaps she had only just been asked to cover?
