Not happy with the big rise in cost of the treatment the fee jumped from £128.00 to £175.00 without being pre-warned and having to return back for treatment because they hadn’t got enough of the medication

I am very disappointed that your vet would only give me 30 tablets at a time which means if my dog needs more I have to do a 25 mile round trip and pay a further £33 for more tablets!. This is why everyone is fed up of practices making excess money out of responsible pet owners.

The vets examination of my cat felt very cursory....and I didn't particularly feel listened to. When asked if he was licking his paw I replied 'maybe once' and was immediately told he needed a collar. When provided with this at reception I expressed concern that it was too small for him, but was told it was meant to be tight. Sure enough when I got home there was no way i could force it on and nearly got it stuck trying. He did not lick his paw so left it off. Just felt like money making.

Since Medivet have taken over prices have doubled. Just shows you the greed of these corporations who are buying up small vets, I’ve left them now . It’s just printing money.

The cost of my appointment for my cat and a small bottle of eye drops for him is a complete rip off. A ten minute appointment and you charge me £113
