Unfortunately, this place—like most others—is focused on making money, and that seems to be their main priority. I went there with my dog, who is likely struggling with an allergy. I wasn’t asked any questions, such as what my dog eats or where he spends time, even though that seems important in cases of allergies. I was told that this condition would last for the rest of his life, and of course, expensive treatment was suggested. I understand that veterinary care is costly, but in my case, no one tried to consider what might be causing the problem or why my dog is having these issues. It seems easier to manage the symptoms with expensive medication indefinitely rather than trying to understand the root cause and attempt to actually treat it.

Consulting room is now very small and cramped with no natural light. My dog isn’t normally stressed and difficult at appointments but she was in this new look smaller room.

I’m very disappointed with Medivet, been with Abdul well over 10 years and always had a reminder for my dogs booster, since the change think my dog got lost in the system, she has now missed her booster which was last July 2025… time to find a new veterinary 😢

Impossible to use the car park as tradesmen had left their used materials and packaging across two parking bays. Why not put it their van which filled half of the car park?
