2 stars just because my animal is alive. Took cat in for a spay , handed my cat back in reception and told instructions by a receptionist, when it should have been a vet or someoje trained as such. Put in a cat carrier with a collar on, no respect for animals other than being paid. Total lack of compassion for animal after care well being. Was told other options on the phone once already home, total lack of empathy. Having spent £1000s in the past with this vet it sure is clear the only thing to say about this vets that is good is that it was once ran by an absolute legend . Abdul not only cared about the animal but also the owner.

Thorough as always and very friendly the staff loved seeing Moose after recovering from his spinal surgery. Vets very informative and answered all our questions

I'm torn on how much I would recommend you as it was great that you got my cat in so quickly and I really appreciate that but the cost was £59 - yes that was the cost to see the vet and the tablets - but it was 7 tablets that I can get online for less than £1 if I had had the prescription - it feels like a rip off to be charged that much

This is my first visit since Medivet took over.
I felt as though the vet took to time to listen to me and offer advice. I previously used to feel like the appointments were a bit rushed but this seems to have changed, which is a good thing.
My only minor complaint was the cost of the treatment. It seems to have jumped up quite a bit - £66 now for an annual booster injection seems quite steep.
