Have used these vets (started when it was owned by Mr Cumines) for around 25-30 years. They have always provided an excellent service and I’m pleased that has continued under Medivet. Their professional staff and care for animals is second to none in my opinion.

As usual the experience was superb. Friendly receptionist and wonderful attention from Joan the vet. He really is fantastic. My dogs are rescue and a bit jumpy but he is so skilled in handling their worries as well as mine! Joan and Johann ( another vet ) are the DREAM TEAM. Nice new premises too

Have been visiting for 3 years now and the vets are outstanding. Both Joao & Johann are very caring and passionate. Providing you with all the detail to make an informed decision. It is only on the admin side where I have experienced issues. Routine medications can take a while to dispense and I have to remind the team regarding insurance claims. But I couldn’t bring myself to give anything less than 5 stars! Highly recommend.

Really wonderful vet. Was recommended Joao by a friend and now i see why. The care he took with our cat was wonderful. To the point where she didnt hiss or scratch him, because he just took the time for her to get used to him and the vet surroundings. Gave us options and no hidden costs. Would really recommend.

Can’t fault any aspects of this vet practice on my first visit with my 2 dogs. All round a good experience from setting up a pet plan to initial checkups.
