I am Kim's father and Kim's got minor special needs. She loves her three cats and she cannot work so she is dependent upon benefits. A change of over £200 for booster vaccination will hit her harder than most people and is a bit hard to swallow.

The nurse at our cat's recent check up was very kind and caring.
He was much more relaxed about his visit than usual as there were no dogs in the waiting area. He has been anxious in the past when dogs were there. We think it would be a good idea to have cat only clinics to avoid them becoming more anxious with dogs around.

The lady on reception was superb. Very friendly, helpful and she assited me to get my new pet's Medivet plan up and running. Great service and very happy with that.
However, the vet (who I believe was a stand in, not usually there), although professional did rush through the appointment a little, and I later realised when got home that there was no discussion regarding my new puppy's worming treatment plan. I don't know when it is supposed to start or what medication.
Nothing overaly bad about the appointment, just not the same level of great service from the rest of the practice.

Staff are wonderful and helpful. The only negatives for me is that there can be a bit of a wait at reception or on the phone to get through. If there's a lot of people/pets in then it can get quite noisy/stressful in there.
