The vet was exceptional and provided us with lots of information about the wellbeing of our hamster Tyson. Very much appreciated .

The service meets the standards required. A clear clarity of basic veternary costs as it cost in veternity prices rises and it becomes harder to meet the veternary needs of your dog. Insure is limited to cover costs as most medical treatments are now not covered accept for emergnecy surgical treatments and ongoing medication for a condition is limited to one insurance and if you have to stay with the insurer- who gives upgraded monthly costs to cover this agreement.

I have been coming to this practice since approx 1996/1997 with my first animals as a child when Kirsty was owner. I have continued to come here with my own pets as I cannot fault the practice. The staff are so lovely and caring.

My dog was extremely frightened and poorly and was muzzled without any alternative options being explored.
In my opinion you should never muzzle a dog when the dog is already very stressed and if that increases when muzzled then potentially other options should be explored.
I fear that my dog could have long term issues over her visit yesterday, also she has never bitten anyone before so has no history of being aggressive, only frightened.

Ziggy’s vet; Veronika, was absolutely wonderful. She made Zig feel at ease and him being the utter flirt that he is, he lapped it up.
It was my first visit to this practice as we have moved up from London and West Green Medivet. They were super helpful and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for more.

At Premier Vets we pride ourselves on offering our clients genuine value and uncompromising compassionate care. Daily consults are run by the veterinary surgeon for everything from routine examinations to vaccinations, including micro-chipping. Our in house lab has hi-spec blood and urine analysis equipment and microscope for same day results. In our fully equipped operating theatre we have a hydraulic tilting operating table, pulse oximeter, blood pressure monitor and oesophageal stethoscope for safer anaesthetic monitoring.
