The practice was unclean - the waiting area was unclean and the vet's consultation room was unclean. Dirty floors and surface areas. I will not be taking my dogs back again.

The reception was great but I found the vet a little strange. She didn't introduce herself and I didn't find her particularly welcoming. Technically fine but not great customer relations

Was told today of vetinary consulting tables with a built in weighing facility - could save human back problems?!

Excellent service, being our first dog, they have been very good at giving us information and making his appointments around my work schedule,we got Marvin in for a checkup at short notice and the receptionist and the vet were amazing, many thanks Mr Gould and miss Coyne

As a health plan customer, I find the whole experince fabulous. My dog is well taken care of and the services offered are a high standard and staff are always lovely to her.
