Everything was brilliant, apart from the price, I know things have gone up,but it was very pricey for 10 minutes and 2 medications, a shame its so expensive there, as its such a good practice. The care my animals have had there has always been exemplary, and this visit was no exception.

I have to say I’m not a fan of Medivet. It’s too corporate and lacks the individual care and compassion and i believe skills provided by the old practice

The vet I saw was horrible. The worst I have ever experienced!! She was abrupt, unfriendly and seemed she was in a rush to see my three cats. Didn't have their interest at heart. We will be looking for another practice to take our cats in the future.

After 54 years with the same veterinary practice,in Ludlow, I sacked them for not supporting me with a cruelty case. I am Basset Hound Rescue UK. I find the vets I see at the Medivet practice are very caring and thorough. The reception staff are excellent. In fact much better than the practice I stayed with so long. My only concern is out of hours !!! I would have to go too Shrewsbury ! Lyn Bailey

The only problem I have found is that in an emergency out of hours, I would have to go too Shrewsbury practise, an hour drive from me.
I am Basset Hound Rescue UK It worries me to think of a Basset with bloat would have an hour to wait for help.
I would like to see the same vet my dog visited before. Or at least the same vet on the same days each week.
All the staff I have met in the Ludlow practise have been really nice. The vets have been helpful and efficient. I have over 58 years experience working with all breeds of Dogs, I specialise in Basset Hounds.
