It was a difficult time for the vets as it is a one consulting room practice and a client was having a pet put to sleep. In a previous vets they had a little electric candle that was turned on when that was happening. At a hard time it may make it easier for the people involved. However I did agree with the receptionist that some people may not want attention drawn to that. It may be something the Practice may want to trial.
Despite all this the vet I saw was extremely professional throughout our consultation and all staff were really lovely. I feel reassured that this practice is my vets.

I have been with this practice for many years and would not go anywhere else, when my last dog had to be put down, the vet was very kind and understanding.
