We changed to Medivet as we were looking for a reasonably local practice which Medivet are to us.
Having read their recent reviews which were excellent & extremely caring with respect to not only the owner & their pet which rang a bell for us making comparisons to our earlier experiences elsewhere over the years!
We have seen Kelly twice in the week, the first as an introduction to our rescue Shepherd who through ill treatment from a puppy by previous owners can get very grumpy through fear resulting in aggression in certain circumstances, on this occasion nail trimming which meant he was put on medication to calm him but the following morning despite Kelly bonding with him…once he knows you he is an absolute softie he still didn’t like the idea of having his nails trimmed so it was decided to give him a jab to knock him out in order to trim his nails.
Long story short everything was achieved with the uttermost care for the patient which obviously meant a great deal to us being animal lovers as is obviously Kelly.
In our first experiences we can recommend this practice in Ludlow highly enough.
