You can remove my previous review but you’ll never remove my opinion. You are lousy at your job, you cannot read X-rays and you will do everything possible to push up bills. Care is secondary, your primary existence is to make money, this will be done by scaremongering pet owners into agreeing unnecessary procedures, tests, X-rays and general anaesthetics. This is neither productive or advisable. You were unable to read the X-ray of my poor dog who endured a years worth of unnecessary pain. I was billed over £600 for a needless procedure. Results were infuriatingly avoidable, costly and caused a repeat procedure with a competent vet. You are actually abysmal at what you claim to do. Remove my review, never my opinion. I shout my opinion from the rooftops at every conceivable opportunity. I know of no one that has a good word for your practice, yet your Google reviews remain so very high 😡……

After 20 years as a registered client with Eagle Vets, I’m sad to say that following my dog’s booster appointment in four weeks, my family and I will be moving to another local practice. My recent experience with Vlad, which was both insensitive, judgemental, and unprofessional had me leaving in tears. This has made it clear that the standard of care and communication has changed in a way we no longer feel comfortable with. I strongly urge Eagle Vets to review their approach to client care, and consider further training in customer service, communication, and compassion. These qualities are not only essential to the client experience but vital to the trust placed in your care as veterinary professionals.

The practice was very helpful and friendly but did feel the prices were very extortionate makes you think twice about bringing your pet in for a check up

My cat is coming to her twilight years after losing her sister a few years ago. Have always had great care for the both even when its sometimes difficult situations - no cure for old age but have made old age which is something we should be grateful for.

Reasonably priced and we didn't feel like they were trying to push us into any unnecessary treatment. They provided us with good and realistic information. Would highly recommend. Also very friendly and saw us last minute

Have always looked after my three cats and dog really well. Have a wonderful caring team. My cat recently had to go in for dental surgery and although costly (this can't be helped anywhere!), they talked us through all options, all costs and kept us up to date with everything every step of the way! They also offer a pet plan service, which gives me all my flea, worming treatment, microchipping, six monthly check ups, vaccinations and a reduced fee on spating for £14.50 a month!

Orthopaedics and Therapy
We perform specialised surgical procedures and are one of a handful of centres in the area specialising in orthopaedic surgery including hip, elbow, knee and patella groove replacements. We also provide laser therapy and physiotherapy programmes with a qualified physiotherapist.

Our qualified behaviourist, Gina, can devise appropriate behaviour plans and advice. Our nurses also offer free nurse clinics to provide weight and dietary advice.
