After graduating from Cambridge University in 2008 I moved to Thanet to begin my career. I’ve lived locally ever since, leading a 24 Hour veterinary hospital in Canterbury for most of the past decade. I’m now excited to become co-owner of these two long-standing Medivet clinics near my family home. I’ve been recognised as an Advanced Practitioner in Diagnostic Imaging for over seven years and I believe that careful consideration of a pet’s needs, and an accurate diagnosis, are fundamental to providing good care. I live in Minnis Bay with my wife and children, enjoying regular trips to the beach and looking after our cats and guinea pig.

This was an initial appointment for what will probably be several weeks of care. The vet was knowledgeable and showed care and compassion. The real test is how the treatment progresses.

You can remove my previous review but you’ll never remove my opinion. You are lousy at your job, you cannot read X-rays and you will do everything possible to push up bills. Care is secondary, your primary existence is to make money, this will be done by scaremongering pet owners into agreeing unnecessary procedures, tests, X-rays and general anaesthetics. This is neither productive or advisable. You were unable to read the X-ray of my poor dog who endured a years worth of unnecessary pain. I was billed over £600 for a needless procedure. Results were infuriatingly avoidable, costly and caused a repeat procedure with a competent vet. You are actually abysmal at what you claim to do. Remove my review, never my opinion. I shout my opinion from the rooftops at every conceivable opportunity. I know of no one that has a good word for your practice, yet your Google reviews remain so very high 😡

Orthopaedics and Therapy
We perform specialised surgical procedures and are one of a handful of centres in the area specialising in orthopaedic surgery including hip, elbow, knee and patella groove replacements. We also provide laser therapy and physiotherapy programmes with a qualified physiotherapist.
