After a seven year career in Marketing, I decided to follow my heart and began working with Medivet in 2025 as a Veterinary Care Assistant, with the ambition to become a Registered Veterinary Nurse specialising in small mammals. I love animals of all shapes and sizes, and spend my free time volunteering for a wildlife charity or spoiling my two cats, Lucifer and Lilith - the latter was brought to Medivet Morden as a stray kitten, and I just couldn't resist giving her a forever home!

I thoroughly enjoy my work and have a keen interest in feline and canine behaviour. Our cats were extremely well looked after on our recent visit for their annual flu jab/checkup with the vet. The vet was thorough in his examination and gave helpful responses to any of our queries. The receptionist was also very efficient & welcoming. The only minor suggestion I would put forward would be a request for an entrance door that is electronically push button operated to facilitate/make it easier to enter/leave the vets if you are carrying 2 pet carriers.

My dog had a small cut to her paw. Medivet Morden saw her within 10 minutes of calling and immediately had her examined and treated. They communicated clearly and the vet was amazing at taking control of a stressful situation. Dog all sorted and home in the afternoon! They even processed my insurance claim. Love ‘em!

We've used Heron Vetinary/Medivet Morden for many years. They've always been very helpful and supportive, providing advice and reassurance. They have health packages available to help cover the cost of care for your fur family. When ours have had to cross the rainbow bridge, they show empathy and send bereavement gifts. They have also provided a grace period for payment. It can be expensive, but most vets are and they will explain all costs beforehand.
