I had to have my beloved cat, Molly, put to sleep and found the staff to be very sympathetic, supportive and respectful. Our vet, Otto, explained everything beforehand which put me at ease, and really looked after both me and Molly during the whole process. Thank you so much for making a very sad experience more comfortable.

Onno is really confident and firm but gentle with cats and has a real affinity with them. A very professional man who knows his stuff and is great with the owner as well as the animal! The team of Mel, Emma and Claire were also helpful and friendly. A first class service.

Such an amazing team at Morden, always so friendly & helpful and the level of care and attention for our furries has been so very much appreciated. We all hope our pets stay healthy & well & obviously as few trips to the vets as possible but it's so reassuring to know that they are there and happy to help and support. Thank you all!!

A lovely place. Has a seating area designed for cats to not see dogs. The staff are considerate and caring to my cat, definitely will use them and recommend to others.

I have used this practice with previous family pets and will always stay with Sarah in charge and Claire around. ALL of the staff are extremely friendly I just can’t remember all of their names. The place is clean & calm just what is needed for pets and owners

All the staffs are very friendly and smiling. Especially the ones on the front desk. The whole process went smoothly from booking my cat’s appointment up to paying the bills. They offer a health plan as well which is really helpful spreading the bills monthly.
