As usual the staff were absolutely amazing, from Melinda at the front desk to the new vet, I wish I remembered her name! My cat only likes the car ride normally, but she hardly meowed this time! Can’t praise them enough, thanks guys!

Usually use the Leopold Rd Medivet but no apt available so got one at the Morden branch. Nice and friendly.

The receptionist has been helpful and kind; the surgeon has not explained in detail why my pet needs it. It feels rushed. When I picked up my pet, I was told she had an accident, and she had peed herself, so I have to give her a bath. I expected that they would take better care of her.

I just called to book an appointment for my cat, and the service over the phone was excellent. The person I spoke to was very polite, kind, and helpful. I’ve heard many friends say great things about you, and now I understand why. I hope to see you soon! 😉❤️
