Mossley hill vets are amazing! Treated me and my rat with the utmost respect at the time of his passing, the staff are incredible people and made sure I was fully aware of what was happening at every point. Where most vets turned me away because of the fact I have pet rats the staff at mossley hill didn't bat a eye. Couldn't thank them enough ❤

The whole team at Medivet on Green Lane have been wonderful. My cat Tigger became unexpectedly and abruptly unwell, and I was pleasantly surprised by how supportive and accommodating the surgery was - always trying to fit him in on the same day and reception always being so polite and helpful.
Mostly Tigger has been cared for by Natasha, who was working as a locum vet. I cannot praise her highly enough. She has been really gentle and thorough whilst assessing Tigger, and what I have appreciated most has been her kindness to him and to my son who came to some of the appointments, and also how generous she has been with her time - never making an appointment seem rushed even when we have surely taken more time than expected, and communicating her thoughts about diagnosis and treatment extremely clearly despite the uncertainty and complexity of what was going on. I have really appreciated it and think that the quality of this practice as a whole needs to be acknowledged, and in particular Natasha herself who is such an asset to your company.

Ginny the vet’s quick response and initial diagnosis meant my dog could be referred to a specialist next day. Without this, my dog wouldn’t be here right now. Although we got very sad news of heart failure, we have her home and relaxing. The practice and vet kept in touch to see how she was doing which was so lovely and they genuinely care.
