I'm a very proud Partner at Medivet Mossley Hill having worked there for almost 10 years now, but also more recently at Medivet Garston. My special interest is veterinary dentistry! It is rare to find a budding dentist in the industry but this is a field I am hugely passionate about. I have a wonderful wife, Charli, who is also a vet, 3 beautiful boys - Ezra, Caleb and Jesse plus of course a lovely, big, fluffy cat called Zephaniah. I've lived in Liverpool for 15 years and I love our city, especially going for food at any of the amazing restaurants. In my spare time, when I'm not spending time with the family, I love to go to the cinema, play and watch sport.

I've been living or working in the Liverpool area for the last 30 years. I moved here at 18 months old when my dad, Bryan, bought Orrell Park clinic in 1991. I qualified from the University of Liverpool in 2012 and have worked in Medivet Liverpool practices ever since. I have a keen interest in cardiology and surgery but my main passion is meeting clients and developing meaningful relationships. Outside of work I'm a passionate sports fan with Liverpool FC and the England cricket team being my two main passions. I also hack around a golf course when I get the chance.

Despite only joining the team at Medivet Mossley Hill 6 months ago, I already feel like I’ve been wholly embraced by the clinic! My name is Ginny and I qualified longer ago than I care to remember after studying  at the University of Cambridge - 1991!!!  I am the newest member of the vet team and I have a special interest in surgery, with my most memorable endeavour being a hip operation on a guinea pig! I’ve had a varied career with experience in industry and research as well as, of course, 25 years in practice. I particularly enjoy building a genuine, professional client relationship, developing the same relationship with their pets and then being able to tailor the care they need to each individual circumstance. Arnie, my 14 year old rescue lurcher, still enjoys taking me for a walk in my spare time and if you catch me on a Wednesday morning I’ll still be a little pink-faced from my Zumba session!

Hi 👋, I’m Oana. I’m a proud Romanian, having grown up in Onești before moving to Liverpool in 2023. I graduated 5 years ago from Cluj-Napoca University in Romania and joined Medivet Mossley Hill in August 2023 and have never looked back! I have a particular passion for both exotics and wildlife. In fact I’m planning to start a post-graduate certificate in exotics in 2026 which I’m very excited about. I also care deeply for any wildlife brought into the clinic and will do my utmost to make sure we are doing all we can to care for them, be it a bat or a coot! I am kept busy by my beautiful Moira, my Husky cross, and by my little moggie, Lucy. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, hiking and the outdoors in general. I also enjoy anything creative, whether that be drawing, painting, or even tattoo art!

I graduated as a vet in 2023 from the University of Life and Sciences in Warsaw. While I love my home country of Poland, I wanted to move to the UK to join the Medivet new graduate programme as I could see the benefits of the clear job progression and learning structure. I moved to Medivet Mossley Hill in October 2024. I have a special interest in veterinary neurology, having recently completed a post-graduate certificate in the field. At home, we have an 18 month old cat called Dexter. I enjoy hiking and travelling.

I was born and raised in Liverpool and I’m a recent addition to the team having moved to Medivet Mossley Hill in late 2025. After working in the education administration for the last 10 years, I moved to the veterinary industry as I fancied getting a taste of something different! It’s safe to say I’m made up with the move! At home I enjoy a cuddle with my lovely Golden Retriever, Remi and my 2 cats Clementine and Blossom. To relax I enjoy collapsing on the couch with a glass of wine and a thriller. Oh, I also try my hand at baking!

I’ve worked for the former Crawford and Crawford and now Medivet Mossley Hill since I was 16 years old! I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) in 2001 and became head nurse of the clinic in 2002. I have an ISFM Certificate in Feline Nursing and an Advanced Diploma in Feline Behaviour. As you’ve probably guessed, I am passionate about cats! Particularly behaviour and handling - the team call me as back up for our more ‘challenging’ patients! Like Oana, I also love all wildlife, particularly hedgehogs, and we are a proud ‘hog rehabber’ for the British Hedgehog Preservation Society. When I’m not keeping our Branch Partner, Josh, in check 😉, I enjoy tap dance and spending time with my cats Merlin and Minnie, my girls, Isabella and Sofia, and my husband, Paul.

Hi! I’m Meg and I started working for Medivet in 2017 as a ‘floating’ patient care assistant who moves around difference practices. I was very thankful to move to my permanent home at Medivet Mossley Hill in 2019 to start my nursing qualification and I’ve never looked back! I proudly qualified with distinction as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in December 2022. As a nurse, I particularly enjoy inpatient care, but I’m also looking forward to doing some further qualifications in exotics nursing. My second job is being a hard-working Mum for my little Margot, who I enjoy taking to the farm park. She loves it too! In my spare time I enjoy getting stuck into a good book, particularly romance novels. I am also kept busy by my cat, Orla, and Border Terrier, Alfie!

I started working for Medivet as a Patient Care Assistant in 2017. Since then, I moved here and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in December 2022. It’s a funny turn of events that I landed at Medivet Mossley Hill as I actually volunteered here (at the time Crawford and Crawford Green Lane) every Monday throughout my 2 years of sixth form! I happen to share a mutual love for veterinary dentistry with our Branch Partner, Josh! One of my strengths is being very particular with taking clear, well positioned dental X-rays - I enjoy the challenge! My hobbies include various gym activities from aerial hoop to kickboxing to spin classes as well as hiking and a love for the outdoors. I enjoy coming home to a warm welcome from the dog, Marley, my gentle giant.

I started working as an auxiliary nurse for Mr Bett way back in 1985, 30 years before the practice was bought by Medivet! I moved away for a period before returning again in 2025 and I so pleased to be back with the team. I graduated as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2000 and I particularly enjoy surgical nursing including anaesthesia. I have an 18 month old rescue dog, Cooper! I enjoy concerts (but my moshing days are over!), motorbike rallies and classic cars. I also love reading historical novels and autobiographies.

I originally started working for Medivet Garston 3 years ago before moving to Medivet Mossley Hill at the end of 2025! Although I did have some a maternity leave in the middle to welcome our beautiful Thea into the world! She keeps me incredibly busy when I’m not in work, on top of caring for my beautiful horse, Miro and our Cockerpoo, Kobe!! I’m aspiring to start my nurse training in 2026, that is my dream goal, to become an RVN. I love winding down with a good book and watching psychological thrillers!

We visited Medivet last week with our very unwell cat, who had stopped eating and was clearly deteriorating. During our first visit, multiple vets attempted to take blood samples but were unsuccessful. We were then sent home and advised to return the following day to try again, with numbing cream applied beforehand. We returned the next day for blood tests and were given an appetite stimulant in an attempt to encourage her to eat, as she had already gone several days without food. We were then informed that the machine used to process blood results was not working, meaning the samples had to be sent to an external laboratory. The following morning at 9am, I called Medivet extremely concerned and requested an urgent call back from a vet, as our cat still was not eating. By 2pm, I had still received no call, no advice regarding her lack of eating, and no update on her blood results. Due to my concerns, I contacted another veterinary practice, who advised us to bring her in urgently. Sadly, our previously healthy 3-year-old cat was in such a critical condition that she had to be put to sleep. She had gone several days without food, and by this stage her organs were beginning to shut down. The vet explained that there was nothing more they could do to help her. We feel extremely disappointed that there did not appear to be any urgency during our visits to Medivet. Given how unwell she was, we believe we should have been advised to admit her for urgent inpatient care and monitoring during our first visit, rather than being sent home without further support. This has been an incredibly upsetting experience, and we feel that more could have been done to recognise the severity of her condition and provide the urgent care she needed.

My cat Jasper was given an appointment quicky as I was going away the following day. He was seen by Oana who is always very thorough, caring, and doesn't make the appointment feel rushed. The ladies on the front desk are really chatty and friendly.

Disappointed that they've suggested my cat needs to go back for more teeth out. It stresses him out going to vet and I feel it could have all been done today!
