Katerina and the nurses are absolute superstars! They are calm, collected and always take any concerns seriously. The nurse I spoke on Friday morning was an absolute gem too, she managed to not only squeeze us in for an emergency appointment but also give me instructions and reassurance until the appointment.

Appointment started late (around 10 mins late).
I like how it was myself and two other cat owners in the building at the same time. I don't know if this was intentional but it was nice my cat not being scared of dogs sitting near by / barking at him. Maybe block bookings of cats / dogs to avoid being in the waiting room at the same time would be beneficial.
