Very disappointing experience with Medivet Muswell Hill. There have been multiple administrative errors, including being given the wrong medication and being overcharged for treatment. What’s most concerning is the lack of accountability and poor customer service when these issues were raised. Communication was inadequate, and the overall handling of the situation fell well below what I would expect from a veterinary practice. I would not recommend based on my experience.

The staff at Medivet are professional, kind and caring towards our dog, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been with Medivet for nearly 40 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Muswell Hill is our local and we have been with you for years. However, it is now staffed with locums and the service is simply not as good. Please invite Karolina back - she really understands cats and dogs and has great attention to detail as well as concern for doting owners. Our cat needed 2 teeth extracted, yet there was no follow up from the branch - I was dependent on a slightly confused verbal report from my husband.. I ended up locating Karolina via a neighbour at Mill Hill. She provided a detailed explanation and quotation, and she has looked after our cat, along with the Boreham Wood team - who are noticeably organised and 'together'. The Medivet systems worked - Karolina was able to access notes and the quote and invoice came to the right place. Customer service at Muswell Hill is currently poor in comparison to Boreham Wood.

Emergency appointment as my dog had scavenged currants/raisins - the practice saw her almost immediatley, explained what they would do and treated her promptly. She made to be sick and once that happened we were free to go - really pleased with how they treated us.

My appointment was a well visit for our dear pup Coconut. The vet we met was very patient, kind and caring - not just to Coconut and I, but also to the person working at the front desk who was having some technical difficulties (or was perhaps training). It was indicative of the professionalism and positive atmosphere that we have always appreciated about the MediVet on Colney Hatch. Keep up the great work.

My first visit to Medivet Muswell Hill. I was pleasantly surprised there was no hyperkeen intent to sign me up for membership before I had even let them know why I was calling, which has been my experience with nearly all other practices. Amanda (I hope I remember her name correctly) was just great. She was very thorough, warm-hearted and professional. I was shocked to hear her tell the receptionist there was no charge, even though she spent probably 45 minutes giving my cat Patrick a complete check, cleaning his ears, clipping his razor sharp claws, combing out his hair and finding a serious problem with his teeth. Amazing service and thank you very much.
