Meet our Partner, IIhami Inan
My love for animals started at an early age, growing up on a small farm. I graduated from veterinary school in Istanbul in 2016 and moved to London in 2018. I spent my first three years working in animal charity, followed by experience in busy clinics and hospitals across London, before joining Medivet as a Branch Partner in Muswell Hill in 2026. I enjoy every aspect of veterinary medicine, with a particular interest in diagnostic imaging, emergency medicine, dentistry and soft-tissue surgery. What I love most is caring for animals and the people who love them. Outside work, animals are still a big part of my life. I adopted my three cats, Lokum, Jolene and Penaber, and have a soft spot for welcoming stray cats, as well as the foxes and squirrels that visit my garden. Lokum and Jolene were adopted from Celia Hammond Animal Trust in 2020. I also love reading and escaping to the seaside or mountains whenever I can.

This used to be such a friendly environment where I felt comfy taking my nervous dog but it’s changed. My most recent experience couldn’t have been less personal and business like. Felt like the vet wanted us out the door immediately after suggesting prescription drugs at our 6 month check. Didn’t feel like he was an animal lover, he showed no warmth to our pooch and left me not keen to return 😞
