I have been attending medivet for 16 years , my last dog Ridley had to be put to sleep at home and medivet were wonderful, I now have a 2 year old puppy and again , he is treated well by medivet staff , they love their animals and I am happy to recommend them

I wish I can simply book online via the system. I've asked many times but nobody seems to know how to activate my account. So I always need to book over the phone.

I usually do t have any issues with Medivet and was happy for many years when Carolina was the resident vet. Lately not so much. I had one visiting vet say my cat needed dental cleaning and the next time another vet said her teeth were perfect for age and Carolina always said the same. Last week I phoned up to ask the practice to order some flea med for my cat as I mistakenly gave the dog. First it took days to get through to Muswell Hill branch, then I ordered the medication and a week later it still hasn’t been processed. Went into the branch to ask about it and was told that it was waiting on the vet to process it. Two days later nothing, went into the branch yesterday after calling up earlier to be told they had stayed open to give me the meds but they gave me what I didn’t need and said that they had given someone the last meds earlier on. The vet then proceeded to tell if I had issues then put in a complaint so here I am doing just that. I’m now away for a couple of weeks and cannot administer the medication to my cat.

All staff members are very accommodating and friendly. We have 2 dogs who are yappy but they did not let us feel that our dogs are too much. They would even help us settle our dogs as they are always very nervous in the vet clinic.
