Fraser and Nicole were honestly amazing. They were so gentle and kind with my cat, and they really looked after me too when I got emotional. You can tell they truly care, and it made such a difference. I felt really supported and my cat was in the best hands 💜💜💜

I am deeply grateful to Nicole at Medvet ] for the way she cared for my cat, Saffry, after he was tragically hit by a car. She found me through his microchip to deliver the heartbreaking news that he hadn’t survived. When I arrived, Nicole had gently wrapped him in a little blanket, with such a peaceful expression on his face that it felt like he was just sleeping. She was incredibly compassionate and empathetic, giving me the time I needed to say goodbye to my beloved boy. She also gave me a beautiful condolence card with his paw print, something I will treasure forever. ❤️❤️❤️😢 Thank you, Nicole, for your kindness, care, and respect during such a painful moment. Your compassion brought me comfort when I needed it the most.
