The vets are so lovely and caring. And they don’t try and get you to pay more money l for things your pet doesn’t need. They are honest and do whats best for you pet! And the staff are also so nice x

My cat had her claws trimmed quickly and well without upsetting her although she can be difficult when her claws are trimmed. However her carrier was not properly fastened when she was returned to it and I went home so she could have escaped if someone passing had not noticed the front grill was unfastened,

Francesca had her claws clipped without upsetting her although she can be very difficult about this.
However, when she was returned to her basket this was not properly secured for my walking her round the corner to my home and she could possibly have got out. Fortunately someone I passed noticed the front grill of her carrier was coming open. I have phoned about this it has been noted for next time so it does not happen again. This was a one off accident as usually things go very well with Francesca's vet visits..

I really love Medivet notting hill as the vets never push extra procedures todo with you animal. they are very caring and give you the best advice. They arent trying to get more money out of you like some vets. The care a lot about your pet!
