Every experience I've had with medivet oadby has been amazing. They're brilliant with my cats, and I get informative emails including what can be dangerous for animal, which some I wasn't even aware of. I recently fell ill in the practice and had a fall. The staff looked after me really well and made sure my cat was looked after and fed him. They offered to keep my cat for 2 days, no charge, whilst I go hospital and get sorted. I can't thank the staff enough for the help I received and the care my cats have received. Staff were so supportive when I had to get my other cat euthanized last year. I got paw prints, nose print and a lovely card. I'd 1000% recommend medivet oadby to anyone! Thank you so much for all you do!
