Nobody ever really wants to have to take their pet to a vet, but at some point we all have too, Medivet have helped us with all of Ronnie's problems recently and are always professional in what they do from start to finish, and for that, we thank them very much.

Nurses Sarah & Phoebe were warm and welcoming and did their very best to try and reassure my anxious dog, also the vet? Denise, was super friendly and was very conscious of Hal’s aversion to coming into the surgery. Getting on to the floor to examine him and offering treats, not rushing the process all helped in reassuring him that nothing terrible was going to happen to him.
This was a great experience and thankfully all went well and we won’t need to come back for a few months.

I accepted the invitation to attend a health check for my cat. The confirmation that my cat is quite healthy is very pleasing and it was even more pleasing that this service was completely free of charge.

The receptionist women was so nice and welcoming and so polite. And the vet she took care of my rabbit so well and made him feel at ease
