I have always had very satisfactory experience of Medivet Oadby, whether it is the routine of obtaining food for my dog, health checks, medication to cope with fireworks and car travel or end of life care. Staff always obliging, friendly, competent and polite.

Poppy, our twelve year old Staffy has a Medivet Health Plan, so this visit was purely for her regular six monthly health check and annual booster vaccinations. Thankfully nothing untoward was found and she is in good shape, especially after her recent spleenectamy. It’s always good to have these regular checks and know your pet’s health is ok. We are lucky to be registered with Medivet Oadby and know that any problems we might have with Poppy will be well looked after by Gill and her team.

Matt was an absolute star from start to finish. He was incredibly kind, welcoming and reassuring with both us and our cat from the moment we arrived. He was fully transparent throughout, gave plenty of helpful advice and clearly explained whenever something could involve an additional charge. What stood out most was his genuine care and honesty. He thoroughly checked our cat, even shaving the area to get a much better look, and still did not charge us a penny for it. That level of kindness and professionalism is rare to come across nowadays. Recommended to the highest degree.
