Appreciated being allowed to let Lily into the garden to calm her nerves. She’s been a vet refuser from a very early age. Everyone was lovely with her. I don’t think we’ll ever crack her fear factor, sadly.

The staff were friendly. However appointment was running 15 mins late. Generally not an issue but my appointment was a check-up and lasted about 7 minutes, to then be charged £51! I had not been notified prior to the appointment that the charge to simply see the vet had increased so SIGNIFICANTLY! The last record shows £35 for a vet visit. Now £51 - please can this be justified? Surely the welfare of the animals comes first. Charging such high amounts just for the appointment makes me consider if a check-up is even necessary and if I should only visit when my pet presents a problem/symptoms.

It was great to be able to get a prompt appointment for my pet as I couldn't get to my regular vet. The lady who answered the phone was professional and efficient. The vet, Andre, was very good with my pet.

My cat is on a pet plan and it’s good to get him checked up every 6 months. I also collect his regular flea and worming treatments from the practice. All the staff have been very friendly and the vets very attentive and caring to him.
