The staff are lovely from arriving at the reception to vets and nurses. My cat saw the nurse for her 6 month check. Being a rescue cat she is very nervous the nurse was very caring and compassionate and took time at our cats pace

Thank you again, Team Cygnet, for your time and care with our pets. Visiting the vets is never going to be cheap, but we do always feel like they are genuinely concerned. Paul has been looking after our family pets now for 15 years, from Dexter through to Coco, and we trust him implicitly.

Very expensive. Had a pup with Cherry Eye quoted £1778 to get it sorted. Rang round found a vet who can do it for £300 and laser surgery sorted within an hour. For anybody who thinks the quote is normal its not its all about ££££ absolute rip off 😡

I have 4 dogs One that’s very nervous with everything and one that don’t like vets so was dreading taking my little girl Gucci because she hates vets when I got there the vets welcomed me in and started talking to her and stroking her and at first she was shaking but then stopped she’s never done that before he was really good with her. Give a two injections also did her nails and I felt really proud of her and the way the Vets was . Am not worries about my nervous one Jimmy as I think he will be okay as the vets . As they show kindness love and the very devoted to the pets?

My cat recently had a serious eye injury & I cannot fault the service & care Medivet provided. After initial emergency care at Patrington I was given the full injury details & treatment plan, which Marta the vet kept me fully involved in. The upmost care was taken with my cat, time was spent making sure he was happy, comfortable & relaxed. The tough decision for eye removal was made with the help of the vet & nurses. We was able to transport ourselves to Swanland & was met with another lovely team who took equally good care of our precious friend. I was kept informed & up to date & they even sorted all communication with my insurance company, so it was as stress free as possible. I have nothing but praise for the vets, nurses & staff & will continue to use them for many more years.
