Booked puppy vaccinations from an advert showing £19.95 got to the vets and was told it would be £71 , false advertising at its worst

The only issue at the last appointment was whilst my partner was sat in the Cat area, another customer was allowing her dog on an extendable lead to roam in the car area which was making our cat quite anxious. My partner had to ask the lady to keep the dog back - is there anything that can be communicated to customers to keep their pets within their allocated area? Thank you

Brilliant staff,spent time with anxious dog fussing him and making him feel at ease. Also can’t praise the reception staff enough, helping me sort my pets chip out to get him re-registered after I’ve rescued him.

The vet that we saw for this appointment was the best we have had at this practice. She was very informative about our options and she gave me lots of information that others had missed on previous visits about the same concern.
