20 minutes late but understand as short staffed. Was not a problem. First time it's ever been late. Very happy with them as a whole

I just think it was really expensive compared with last years check up and vacinations about £30 differance in a year

Brought in extra help to hold my cat whilst examining. The examination and treatment provided was spot on without being unnecessary. I got an appointment the same day.

The staff are amazing at this practice. A very special shout out to Christina who goes way beyond her job description in our opinion. She is so knowledgeable, courteous, very kind and nothing is too much trouble.

Recently attended Medivet Pontefract for 6M check up. Was seen by the practice nurse who was very friendly and conducted a thorough examination of my dog. Also gave some guidance on dental check and rearranged a check to be conducted by the vet.

When we walked into the practice, it wasn’t as nice and welcoming as our old practices. The ladies behind the desk were nice, however, one of them appeared to be either not caring much or was just overconfident and coming across as a bit rude with how she was. Nothing wrong was said or done, but the atmosphere was a bit heavy.
The vet was nice, however, I don’t remember him introducing himself to us and it felt a bit awkward from the start. We felt we could have had more in depth conversation about our pet and its health.
In general, the practice is “OK”, however, with our previous experience, unfortunately it is 1:0 for our old practice.
