The reception staff were very welcoming. I was seen early for our appointment. The Vet was so kind to my cat and very knowledgeable. I felt that she really cared and wanted the best for my pet. We were not at all hurried. I can not recommend Tine highly enough.

The staff are so helpful and accommodating about the fact that I can’t physically bring my cat to the practice. They always make time when I ring to book an appointment to come and see her with her medication. They are very knowledgable and helpful and they clearly care a lot about animals which is the most important thing.

The staff at Medivet were so kind and helpful when one of our cats was taken there after being hit by a car. He very sadly passed away but they took very good care of him. We have since registered our new kitten and they were very gentle and loving when they gave him his 1st vaccination and microchip. You can really tell that they all have pets and love animals.

I love the team at MediVet, Portland. They are always so kind and caring and happy to help. My two little cats are always made to feel completely at ease and although it’s a struggle getting them there (no reflection on the staff) they always feel so calm and happy as soon as they are there.
