Staff were very attentive to Merlin my cocker spaniel who was very excited. Staff are friend and welcoming. The vet took her time demonstrated her knowledge by answering ours questions and providing reasurance. The environment was clean and welcoming.

Excellent vet Adam who looked at my Lab who has multiple complex issues with her skin
He was extremely helpful and listened to what I had to say offering the most practical care and treatment plan as surgery would only be as a last resort due to her age and medical history
