Absolutely brilliant service at Prescot medivet. My dog Bobby has been a few times recently for different issues and annual booster etc, friendly caring staff and the Bobby's vet is fab. Thank you all so much. Excellent service every time xx

Not happy that your system removed my dogs prescription off your system, do I have to bring my dog in for a checkup after having one 2 months previously. Then when I do, you don't even the flea drops in! So I will have to come back for them. Your receptionist argued with me on the phone saying that Milo has to be checked up every time he needs his leave drops. This is 100% wrong! He has a check up every 6 months and in-between those checkups, I get a text to order them, and I pick them up a few days later. Done this many times in the 3 years Milo has been with you, so please don't argue with me !!! At his check up in August, the vet barely looked at him. He dismissed him and it was me who had to ask him for Milos booster. Currently looking for a new vets

We feel happy with the care and attention given to our dog during our visits to Prescot Medivets. They have always been kind, and caring to our dog who is usually a little scared and unsure about entering the vets on many occations.

We always receive good treatment when taking our dog to Medivets’s Prescot.
The staff are caring, kind & always helpful.
Our dog is always nervous going in but he is given time to adjust before the vets treatment or approach to him,

I was very shocked at the price for the medication.
Really expensive, for a ear vlesnsercan Antibiotic drops. I pay £17 a month for Pet plan .but this does not cover Meds only flee & worming tabs and her yearly injections, it not cheap now to keep a pet. The prices have gone out of reach.for pet owners now..

Going to the vets is stressful for Dusty and we arrived early - The vet saw us ahead of the appointment which was very helpful.
